Ken Kells advocated the following: Better communications with Members, Making requests for more participation by Members, Better planning of projects, Plan and prioritize projects (with available personnel versus cost) with Pastor. We as the members and volunteers need to recognize that a great looking product, attracts new and more members. We are competing with other churches for members. The available pool of volunteers times to help, requires planning to attract their interest. We have to consider peoples attraction from other interests, and an aging population who may have the time to volunteer, but may not be capable for some/most projects. We have to present our Ministers with our best efforts, and best looking Church to attract new members. Next meeting 2008, 2 January Closed meeting at 8:25 PM. |
