Minutes :

1. Welcome: Start 7:00 PM 2. Accomplishments: - Power Washed Methodist Hill side of church to entry columns - S. Harger & R. McGrath - Walkway is laid out, from front porch to driveway at Parsonage - R. McGrath & K. Peterkin (Minister) - - Obtain/install/Clean (100 watt equivalent) fluorescent yard lights – R. McGrath - Cleanup Day completed successfully – Thanks to All who volunteered. 3. November plans: Parsonage: - back porch – scraping and painting Spring completion (about $3100) - East side gutter needs rehanging - J. Ehle-Meyer - Place a locking gate at stairs (to contain dog and others) – R. McGrath - Inspect attic insulation that has fallen (about 20 pieces) – J. Ehle-Meyer - Master bedrm rain leakage in window Church: - Kitchen stove vent hood – needs cleaning – S. Harger and helper - Order/install latch springs for hallway door – J. Ehle-Meyer - Order door closer for kitchen door – J. Ehle-Meyer - Check doors for Day Care (upkeep/repair) – R. Marshall - Check all church windows for reglazing/painting/stuck OPEN? - R. McGrath - Check competitive prices for heating oil – R. McGrath - Install motion detectors (2) for lights/fan in Day Care bathrooms – R. McGrath - Check FIRE signs lit and legible – R. McGrath - Replace/install stage lighting with 4 foot fluorescents – R. McGrath - Stop leak with repair kit for faucet in Cove View room area – R. McGrath - Kitchen stove vent hood outside needs painting – J. Ehle-Meyer (10/10) - Windows cleaning and glazing – R. Marshall - Move stored items (Karate class) out of Boiler room - Block under stage vents with insulation – R.Marshall & R.McGrath - Send out bids for snow removal winter 07 to 08 - J. Ehle-Meyer 4. December Plans: Friendship Breakfast - plans - The menu will be limited to a buffet starting at 08:30 AM to 10:00 AM, and Coffee hour provided by H&G. Plan for 120 – 150 attending. WORKING 9 Nov. Friday morning – J. Ehle-Meyer & Pastor inspect attic insulation in Parsonage A WORKING MEETING on 17 November Saturday morning 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Reglaze kitchen and bathroom windows Check for men’s bathroom ceiling leak source Check for insulation over Cove view room (install in future) Install insulation board under Stage to block outdoor vents 16 Nov. Friday afternoon – R. Marshall & R. McGrath at Parsonage, dig up lawn, install slate walkway on rock dust, level, grade and finish Next meeting 5 December Closed meeting at 8:30 PM.
