| Chairman Mellicent Hawke, Jane Fuller, Rev. Ken Peterkin, Mary All Peterkin, and Wini Olson gathered in the cool church office to view samples of the work of Tom Ciarcia dba TRC Productions LLC . Mr. Ciarcia advised us that we use newspapers to advertise the proposed video. He offered to send us samples. He has never attempted to video a church and/or a congregation. Mr.Ciarcia showed a video he had done of his brothers store. It was a virtual tour of the building. He advises a 2 to 4 minute production. It could be available on high speed internet only. Other connections would result in extremely slow downloads. Viewing requires Windows Media Player which can be downloaded. The committee was not impressed. It was agreed to skip the July Essex Events and resume advertising in October. It was agreed that we are willing to host an event for the Eagle Festival. Respectfully submitted, Wini Olson |
