1. Welcome:

Next Friday, 9/14/07, a vendor is coming to Seal and re-paint the lines in our parking lot. We need to rope-off parking and hang signs that explain that parking is blocked for Friday and Saturday. The new parking lines are diagonal (herring-bone) for parking. We need this to allow a Fire truck passage between parked cars.

Let’s meet Thursday night 9/7/07 at 1630-1700 for cutting sod off the parking lot at the stone wall. And investigate ceiling leak into bathroom?

interest of our younger crowd

Install web cam on our steeple to attract people’s interest to

(join) our church (the views will be spectacular for everyone).

There is only paint money left in our budget.

How do we budget?

Look at past budgets and plan normal functions in budget and (when special projects arise, present to Council outside budget.)

Steeple light illuminating next week at about 8:00 PM, during break of Council meeting.

Do we want the steeple to be illuminated permanently, and install lighting on the hill for beauty

and attract people’s interest to join?

How do we promote/attract more people to help us maintain our church, and work on projects?

Plan projects for specific dates, hang sign-up sheet, and notify people following services for future plans.

Plan Work Parties with specific projects on Saturday mornings 0730 – 1000 latest time.

**Submit monthly signup sheet (volunteers) to Sue in the office, for Flowers, Readers, Coffee Hour, etc., so these volunteers can be included in our Passages and weekly bulletins.

**Council meeting is next week 9/13/07. Get in Meeting Notes/Budget.
