| Opening prayer - Marian Messek opened the meeting with a prayer. Minutes - The meeting minutes from the July 7, 2007 Trustee meeting were reviewed and approved. Treasurers Report – We are currently ahead of pledges as compared to last year. We will need to take some of the budget funds from the endowment to cover upcoming expenses. Heat and electricity will be over budget at year end due to unbudgeted rate increases. and payback for lighting upgrades. Year-to-date, we have not expended any funds for new Youth Choir Director. Paula is awaiting Shari Wilcox’s tax information prior to paying her. This should happen in the upcoming month. Computer expenses are over budget due to increased service calls on equipment. Paul would like to combine AG Edwards accounts where possible and will bring a proposal back to Trustees. The market value of the endowment continues to be around $380k. The Treasurers report was accepted. |
