| The meeting began with an opening prayer by Dudley. Pledge status: As a result of two new pledges (less one pledge cancellation), the net pledge status totals $211,743 from 138 families. 2008 Stewardship Campaign: Theme: Expand the Circle The agenda has been modified according to the following schedule: 10/27 Pledge letters will be mailed. Letter will include results of the endowment survey; pledge income/percentage chart; examples of new events/activities since Mitzi’s arrival; and normal appeal message. 10/28 Stewardship Campaign kick-off 10/29 Pledge letters begin arriving at membership’s home 11/11 Davida Crabtree – Guest Speaker Pledge cards will be handed out to the congregation Followed by Stewardship luncheon Pledge cards will be mailed out to all those who did not get them at the 11/11 service. Pledge card will be the same as last year except with a new picture on the front. Dudley will check with Ken to confirm Davida’s attendance. Dudley will send a confirming letter to Davida.
