| 1. Ken opened the meeting with a prayer. 2. Review of Outreach Committee portion of church by-laws. A few minor changes were suggested. On the whole, it is pretty accurate. 3. ATS/YETS YSOP Trip to NYC: scheduled for May 4th & 5th. Delcie will pass out forms to Youth Group at meeting on Sunday. Plans are going well. 4. One Great Hour of Sharing-March 18th: Jean will put an article into next Passages. Offering boxes have been ordered for Church School. Jean will talk with Ken, Mitzi, & Jane Haeni to see how they want to utilize resource materials, envelopes, etc. Information flyers will be handed out on Sundays. 5. Storybook Project: The book drive will be held April 15th. 6. Habitat for Humanity: no report. 7. George Easton has agreed to be our liaison to Healthy Youth/ Healthy Communities initiative.
